The Story Behind the Shot

This image features a most precious treasure: the Scofield Bible my father gave me in 1973. Inside the cover, his neat handwriting is followed by my own 9-year-old scrawl, marking the day I took Christ as my Savior just five days later. It was a gift from my earthly dad so that I could truly know my Heavenly Father. Spending morning time listening to God is a beautiful way to start the day.
