Robinson’s Custom Woodworking: Handcrafted History at Booth 99

Be sure to visit Robinson’s Custom Woodworking, a family-owned business specializing in unique, handcrafted pieces that blend history with exquisite craftsmanship. Their standout offering is their collection of stunning bank boxes, each meticulously made from the finest hardwoods. What truly sets them apart is that every bank box incorporates a working, antique post office door, some of which date back to the 1800s! These reconditioned doors retain their original charm, complete with working combinations or keys, and are paired with Robinson’s patented coin slots. Live music on two stages fills the air with melodies, while the tempting aromas from two dozen food vendors drift enticingly, offering everything from sizzling hot sausage to sweet crepes – a delicious upgrade from typical festival fare. Come hungry, leave happy!

Calling All Kids: Get Ready for Awesome Fun!

The People’s Choice Festival truly shines as a family-friendly event, offering a fantastic array of activities designed to keep kids of all ages engaged and entertained. The wide-open spaces of Grange Park provide plenty of room for little ones to run, explore, and simply be kids. Kids can dive into a Hands-on Science Museum, burn energy on bouncy houses and inflatable slides, get creative with face painting, and even explore real fire trucks! Local charity booths will also offer exciting games, prizes, and interactive experiences for everyone. And for an extra sprinkle of magic in 2025, step into the “Christmas in July” tent any day for a whimsical trip to the North Pole. The highlight? Santa Claus himself arrives via fire truck on Saturday, July 12th, at 11 AM, ready to hear early Christmas wishes until 4 PM! It’s an ideal spot for creating cherished summer memories.
